To book a tour, just text me on Instagram or Telegram with your preferred dates. We’ll agree on the month and number of days, and I’ll confirm availability
Payment
For international clients: full payment is made in cash at the beginning of the tour. No deposit or online transfer is required.
For Russian clients or those with a Russian bank card: a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% can be paid in cash or by transfer on the day of the tour
Cancellation
You can cancel up to 3 weeks before the tour at no cost — just let me know in time. If you cancel later, the deposit (if applicable) may be charged, as I‘ve already reserved that time for you
Sickness or emergency
If you cancel on the day of the tour due to illness, the deposit is non‑refundable, but you can reschedule once within the next 6 months. If I cancel due to illness, you get a full refund or the option to reschedule
